Quality Assurance Sonographer

Guardian Radiology Corporation is hiring a Quality Assurance Sonographer in Lloydminster, AB to join our fast-growing, state-of-the-art outpatient imaging clinics.

What you’ll do:

● Work closely with all facilities and management
● Assist in oversight and development of billing processes, Policy and Procedures, and general supervision of sonography staff where applicable
● Monitor daily workflow of RIS/PACS systems to ensure completeness and accuracy
● Provide base level technical support of medical equipment and clinical systems for staff
● Assist management with organization of onsite education/training to current and new sonographers as needed
● Perform ultrasound imaging exams as needed within applicable scope of competencies

What we’re looking for:

● Graduate of a recognized Canadian Diagnostic Imaging Program
● Current registration and membership with Sonography Canada (CRGS) or equivalent
● Experience in the field of Quality Assurance is an asset
● Strong problem-solving and analytical troubleshooting skills
● Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical end-users
● Ability to work independently and in a team setting
● Strong patient care skills
